Festive Chanel Makeup Event: November 3
Chanel and Cosmopolitan Promotions will host a makeup event at the Herald Square Macy’s on Saturday, November 3 from 3 to 6 p.m. Attendees will be made up festively for winter and have the chance to enter a raffle.
