Stephenie Meyers’ First Adult Novel: The Host
Stephenie Meyers, author of the hit young adult Twilight series, debuts her first adult novel, The Host.
The book presents a world where the planet has been invaded by a species that occupies people’s minds. Melanie Stryder, however, is unwilling to give her mind up to Wanderer, the invading soul. Wanderer begins to develop feelings for Jared, the man Melanie loves, and together they search for him.
The book hits shelves on Tuesday, May 6.
