Shear Genius, Season 2

Bravo’s Shear Genius returns for a second season on Wednesday, June 25 at 10 p.m. Once again, a dozen competitors vie to be named top hairstylist. The winner will receive an apprenticeship with Nexxus Salon, the opportunity to style for an Allure magazine shoot, and $100,000.

Actress and designer Jaclyn Smith returns to host, joined again by René Fris, hairstylist and model. Rounding out the panel are new judges Kelly Atterton, beauty editor at Allure magazine; and celebrity hairstylist Kim Vo.

Bravo A-List Auction Helps UNICEF

Following Bravo’s recent A-List Awards, clothing seen on the show—designed by Project Runway alumni including Michael Knight, Chris March, and Nick Verreos—is being auctioned off. Money raised will support UNICEF‘s relief work in Myanmar. The auction closes on Thursday evening, June 19.

Get Smart Goes from TV Series to Movie

Get Smart, based on the 1960s spy parody TV series, stars Steve Carell as Maxwell Smart, an agent in the spy agency CONTROL. Teamed up with Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway), Smart sets out to bring down KAOS, a crime syndicate out for world domination. Also starring Dwayne Johnson as a fellow agent and Alan Arkin as the agency chief. Opening Friday, June 20.

Janet Evanovich continues the popular Stephanie Plum series with its 14th entry, Fearless Fourteen. In this venture, the New Jersey bounty hunter has to handle her latest job as well as investigate a kinapping and a bank robbery. The book will be published on Tuesday, June 17.
