Gregory Maguire Returns to Oz with A Lion Among Men

On Tuesday, October 14, Maguire will publish A Lion Among Men, the third installment in his Wizard of Oz-inspired Wicked Years series. The book, which follows Wicked and Son of a Witch, takes readers back to Oz from the viewpoint of the Cowardly Lion.

Theory and Bloomingdale’s Help Dress for Success: October 18

On Saturday, October 18, shoppers can bring nearly new business clothes to the 59th Street or SoHo Bloomingdale’s and donate them to Dress For Success, which provides low-income women with business attire and career development resources. Donors can then receive 15% off their purchase of Theory apparel; 10% of proceeds from the day’s Theory sales will benefit Dress For Success with a $10,000 minimum donation.
