Law & Order’s 19th season premieres on Wednesday, November 5 at 10 p.m. EST on NBC. Returning characters are Detective Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto), Detective Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson), Lieutenant Anita Van Buren (S. Epatha Merkerson), Chief Assistant District Attorney Michael Cutter (Linus Roache), Executive Assistant District Attorney Connie Rubirosa (Alana De La Garza), and District Attorney Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston).
