Chef and restauranteur Gordon Ramsay (Hell’s Kitchen; Kitchen Nightmares) will discuss his new cookbook, Healthy Appetite, at the Columbus Circle Borders on Tuesday, February 10 at 1:00 p.m. The book helps home cooks make simple changes to their favorite recipes to make them healthier.
