Donna Karan Reaches out with the Urban Zen Foundation
Designer Donna Karan’s nonprofit philanthropic organization, Urban Zen Foundation, seeks to preserve and celebrate various cultures and also takes a holistic approach to healthcare and children’s education.
Karan designs the Urban Zen clothing line; a portion of the sales benefits the Foundation. Additionally, since health and food are major focuses of Urban Zen, the Foundation is launching a series of nutrition workshops in its New York City headquarters.
